Participant Perception Questionnare ：
（1）What are the advantages and disadvantages of using blog as a language learning portfolio？
Ans：使用部落格來學習英文的優點是可以很容易的與大家分享自己覺得有用的資訊，也可以從其它人的部落格裡得到其它的資訊，而且建立一個部落格是免費的；缺點則是，若沒有在用心經營自己的部落格或不小心怠惰時，就會學不到東西了。
（2） How did the use of blog facilitate your language learning？
Ans：我會上Youtube等網站找一些具代表性的演講者，觀看他們的演講技巧；或是電影預告片斷，來練習英文聽力等，並且將這些覺得不錯的影片放在自己的部落格裡，可以不斷的聽跟看，如此也可以減少再次蒐尋的時間。
（3） Does this blog improve your learning？ If yes, how did the use of blog improve your language learning？ If not, please explain why.
Ans：部落格學習有增進我的英文學習。由其是自己有有時候因為小小怠惰而沒有去更新部落格內容，當我看到其它同學的部落格內容很豐富時，就會想著也要讓自己的部落格內容如此精彩，因此就有更新的動力。
（4） What are the issues and concerns do you have about this blog activity？
Ans：我覺得用部落格學習法最重要的就是『分享』，可以省去很多搜尋的時間。
（5）How can this project be improved？
Ans：可以在電腦教室進行課程；還有可增加一些情境式的課程，例如：可以找一個週六，將課程調時間，然後請老師帶我們去故宮或其它適合的地方做教學；也可以在課程堂作電影賞析，然後大家上台報告心得。
（6） Can you share with us any ideas about this blog portfolio project？
Ans：可以請老師在上課前就先告知要架設一個英文學習的部落格，這樣可以讓大家預先架設及學習如何架設，如此可以在正式上課時更快上手。
（7）Will you show your blog portfolio to your friends or family？Why or why not？
Ans：Yes, 我有與朋友一同分享我的部落格，他們對我部落格的回應是有很多有趣及有用的資訊。
（8）What other issues can you share with your instructor in terms of using blog to assist your language learning？
Ans：使用部落格是一個不錯得方式，我覺得老師可以繼續使用它當教學的輔助工具。
（9） Do you agree with the share of the keynote speakers brings you contributions in this project？Why or why not？
Ans：我很喜歡老師請那些對簡報或溝通技巧的專家到課堂上演講，因為可以從這些專家的指導中學習到很多，獲益匪淺。
（10） What is the advantages of your applying Constructive
Computer Assisted Language Learning Model in learning effectiveness？
Ans：我覺得用電腦輔助學習英文是有效的。因為可以利用網際網路的資源來學習語言，例如：VOA。這些資源都是免費就可以獲取到的，可且可以依照自己有興趣的主題來尋找。
